You will have access to your back office via the FMS Vortex system. As soon as you are accepted into the program. There, you will have your own zoom link as well as instructions on how to create your own YouTube channel. Teachers need to build a student base with the help of this effective marketing strategy.
On your YouTube channel, teachers need to describe themselves, the grades and subjects you will be teaching, as well as your own unique teaching methods. When presenting a subject to a student, we still want high-quality education, but we also want enthusiasm, originality, and excitement. Basically let them see your personality and how you want to teach the curriculum. So your income is to be determined by how well you appeal to prospective students or parents. Structure of Pay for Online Teachers
Just like with any other program or job, you need to know how much the pay will be. This program is no exception. Your pay will be exceptional and entirely up to you since you’ll be an independent contractor. You can earn as much as your time permits. Your ability to attract students to your platforms will ultimately determine how much money you make because each class does have a cap of 500 students and you can teach multiple grades and subjects.
What’s more, you will also have access to additional programs that you can market through our FMS vortex platform. You will have access to the inside programs, in the FMS Vortex in addition to being able to access the teaching platform. You can share these with friends and family, and from advertising yourself. The decision is entirely yours. Your earning potential in this program is virtually limitless because you will be working as an independent contractor.
The needed teachers for this program will have a pay structure as follows:
- When a student accesses a class, $10 is credited to the Teacher’s Wallet per student per call per month, so if they are teaching 100 students in a session, it is $1000 for that session for the month. 500 would be $5000.00, and so on. The maximum we allow is 500.
- There is no pay break for the teacher; the pay structure is based on a 12-month pay cycle.
- Grades 1 through 8 students are allowed to attend up to five classes per day.
- Students in Grades 9 through 12 are allowed to attend up to six classes per day.
- The FMS Vortex system will be used to set up the pay structure. Zoom Classroom fees will be paid at the time of enrollment. YouTube training and curriculum material will be provided.
- You have the opportunity to establish a massive client base, relationships, and teams for not only the United States but the entire world as part of the FMS vortex platform. You can also make additional money by marketing the products and services offered in this program.
Application Requirements and Criteria for Teachers Needed:
We are here to ensure that our instructors, teachers, and tutors are exceptional because we want our Online Education Alternative to be exceptional and unique compared to other platforms. Our program needs teachers who are intelligent, compassionate, interesting, and enthusiastic. There will be no couch potatoes or people looking for a quick buck.
So if you are not exceptional, you will not succeed in making the money you desire. Keep in mind that the students will choose you because of the attraction of your personality and teaching methods. They will watch your Zoom video and fall in love with you. Although we will use marketing to draw students to the program, it is entirely up to you whether they choose you as their teacher. Remember, you will be paid per student. Not per class.
Here are the Qualities/Criteria we seek in our needed online teachers:
- You will need a 4-year degree in teaching
- Experience in the teaching field. We are encouraging College graduates and retired teachers to apply.
- They must really love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. We are not looking for someone to just earn a check.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through our DTCA. The payment structure used is here.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualification, talent and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training on this and instruction will be provided)
- Dedication and commitment to the program
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard in education from the traditional school systems.
